This is Kate's friend, Lotty. The people at Babies R Us told us this was the best toy for kids Kate's age. Someone happened to give this to us as a gift, so we were really excited. She is becoming more interested in things around her each day. She is getting on a schedule, too, and that is great. Each night she takes a bath and loves it. Then she has a snack and goes to sleep in her crib for about 3-4 hours. She listens to NPR and enjoys the classical music. Then she usually gets up 2 more times until 8 am. This is remarkably easier than it has been in the past few weeks. Everyone gets up in the house. I wouldn't know what it would be like to sleep all night! It's really fun though. Andy is so helpful and joyful even at 4 am when he's changing a dirty diaper. I am a little grumpier at that time of day.
Kate is also moving up in the clothing sizes to the 3-6 month clothes. This is bittersweet for me-she's growing up and out of those cute newborn sizes! I guess it's time to shop for her!
