here are the things kate can say, and loves to say:

• nose, eye, mouth, ear, hair, foot, hand
• shoe (probably her favorite)
• fawah (flower)
• bookah (book)
• show! (for tv)
• eat, cup, nu nu, bankie
• t-t (for diaper)
• light
• hot
• car
• bo bo (for dog), meow (for cat), kack (for "quack"), ooooo (for "moo")
• she is understanding simple commands like put toys in bucket, put up your stroller, clean up, wipe your nose and face
• ah-side (outside)
• she even said milk this week!
• she can help unload dishwasher as well as throw anything in the trash when i ask her to
  

the only reason i am posting this is so the grandparents can be so proud of her, and i am so proud of her because just a few months ago she was whining and crying and that was it.

Things she can't say that i wish she could:

• i am frustrated, can you please help me?
• i want you to hand me whatever i am asking for so that i don't have to cry
• i really need some attention from you or i am going to throw a fit
• i hate brushing my teeth
• i really wish i could open doors
• i want to watch tv all day but i know you don't want me to. but it's okay.
• i want to go play in the toilet but i know i shouldn't. so i won't.
