last friday, andy surprised kate and me with a ride on the ferry, which goes from bay st louis to pass christian. it was fun, but strange. you put your car on the boat, and you can sit in your car the whole time! we wanted to get out, but there were so many cars on there it was hard to walk around. kate had fun, though, but our arms were tired from holding her so much. we walked around "the pass", but it was sad. so many historic homes, all in bad shape or nonexistant. they need lots of help there! anyone want to move to the pass to help out?
